Attorney Kyle Crowe of Franklin, TN; thieving liar

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Kyle Eric Crowe with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Kyle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misconduct involved multiple violations
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kyle!)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Dishonest or selfish motive involved
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds for personal use
• Provided inaccurate (false) statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kyle!)
• Failed to reconcile trust accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kyle by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Kyle practices at 6840 Carothers Parkway in Franklin, Tennessee.
