Attorney Laurence Kelley of Salem, MA; potty mouth drunk

The state of Massachusetts presented Laurence Michael Kelley with a law license in 1994 after he graduated Northeastern University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent several inappropriate text messages to client
• Telephone client twice and hung up w/o speaking
• Engaged in conduct reflecting on fitness to practice
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Failed in duty to timely report DUI conviction to State Bar

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2017) Larry practices at 6 Lynde Street in Salem, Massachusetts.
