Attorney Howard Ward of Worth, IL; scamming fraudster

The state of Illinois presented Howard Lawrence Ward with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected breach of contract suit
  • Signed client’s name without authority to answers to interrogatories in divorce case
  • Instructed secretary to falsely notarize blank divorce document

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (October 2017), Howie practices with Rafati & Ward PC at 10607 South Harlem Avenue in Worth, Illinois.

CAUTION: Howie is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
