Attorney David Eskin of Bronx, NY; scamming loser

The state of New York presented David Jonathan Eskin with law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New York Appellate Disciplinary Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed client claim after date to so act had legally expired
• Forged client’s signature in three places on court document
• Placed phony dates on official court document
• Affixed false notary stamp underneath clients’ forged signatures
• Provided with denial of client claim due to expiration of time to so act
• Prepared second fraudulent notice of client claim
• Photocopied first notice of client claim and changed date of accident with false date
• Changed his notarization to date from June 13 to June 30 so they would comport with the dates of his forgeries of his client’s multiple signatures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Because New York Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged with forgery or fraud.  

As one would suspect, Dave’s self-serving website at http://www.eskinandeskinlaw.com/makes no mention of Dave’s misconduct as set forth above. Apparently, the firm chose to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Dave practices with Eskin & Eskin PC at 903 Fort Sheridan Avenue in Bronx, New York.
