Attorney Patrick Healy of Pittsburgh, PA; thieving scammer

The state of Pennsylvania provided Patrick Stephen Healy with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) money from his law firm
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Submitted false expense claims to law firm
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Defrauded firm out of $184,000 by submitted expense claims he falsely claimed were work related when in fact they were all personal
  • Because Attorney Misfits in Pennsylvania are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Charlies was never prosecuted for grand theft and/or fraud.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 4-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Patty.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Patty practices with Bruce E. Dice & Associates at 787 Pine Valley Road in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
