Attorney Kevin Wray of Media, PA; idiotic slacker

The state of Pennsylvania provided Kevin Mark Wray with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
• Found in criminal contempt of court
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to report criminal conviction within 20 days to Supreme Court
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kevin!)
• Failed to advise clients of status of pending appeals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Kevin practices with the Law Office of Kevin Mark Wray at 210 West Front Street in Media, Pennsylvania.
