Attorney Jay Bernholtz of Ontario, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Jay Ian Bernholtz with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jay!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Murray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Jay practices at 5762 Highway 7 in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
