Attorney Nicolas Xynnis of Toronto, CAN; repeat offender

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Nicolas Xynnis with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly maintain books and records as required

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
