Attorney Aaron Wine of Ontario, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Aaron Mitchell Wine with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Knowingly misled lends about identity of lawyer in real estate transactions
• Failed to maintain proper books and records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.
