The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Billy Wong with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School.
A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

Misappropriated (stole) trust funds on at least 3 occasions

Charges fees that were not fair and reasonable (cheater)

Failed to detail amounts charged for fees and disbursements

Failed to deposit client’s $94,000 into cleint trust account

Commissioned (attested) document that wasn’t signed in his presence

Transferred funds from trust to general account w/o first issuing fee billing
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.
