Attorney Richard Vesole of Bettendorf, IA; convicted flasher, pervert

The state of Iowa presented Richard Irwin Vesole with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exposed himself on at least three (3) occasions to various women
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to refrain from illegal and morally reprehensible conduct
• Pled guilty to one count of indecent exposure in Cedar Rapids
• Pled guilty to two counts of indecent exposure in Bettendorf
• Pled guilty to one count of indecent exposure in Moline, Illinois
• Exposed his genitals in all four indecent exposure convictions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Dick practices at 987 Spruce Hills Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa.
