Attorney John Sopher of Oklahoma City; pervert, loser

The state of Oklahoma presented John Sopher with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice 
• As female client was leaving office, Johnny put his arm around her and hooked his finger in the top of her blouse. He then pulled her blouse out, looked down it and commented, "Don't expose yourself"
• The client’s mother then came into the office and he did the same thing he did to her daughter by looking down her blouse and saying, “How’s it going down there”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
