Attorney Grover Miskovsky of Oklahoma City; disgusting pervert

The state of Oklahoma presented Grover Miskovsky with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Grover guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of sexually offensive and harassing behavior involving female clients that sought his representation in their ongoing divorce matters
• Upon being seated in office, each woman was questioned about her sexual practices
• Asked the women what kinds of sexual practices they enjoyed having done to them
• Asked the women if they ever had “wet dreams”
• Used sexually explicit and inappropriate language to the women
• Discussed having sex with client on office couch
• Engaged in a “sickening pattern of exploitation of attorney-client setting for personal sexual gratification”
• Conduct was particularly repugnant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Grover by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
