Attorney Ross Cirincione of Brecksville, OH; convicted liar
The state of Ohio presented Ross Salvatore Cirincione with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.
-
Maintained romantic relationship with client
-
Provided financial support to client while representing her
-
Helped client misrepresent her planned living arrangements at court hearing
-
Failed to disclose client’s violations of conditions of her judicial release
-
Admitted giving client Tiffany Wayne (later Tiffany Antoniewicz) $11,000 in cash and other things of value while also acting as her legal counsel in several civil and criminal legal matters.
-
While Tiffany imprisoned sent her money and filed motion for early judicial release on her behalf
-
Provided false information to landlord to secure lease on Tiffany’s behalf
-
Assisted Tiffany in violating the conditions of her early judicial release and knowingly and intentional made misrepresentations to the court during the judicial release hearing
-
Indicted by a grand jury for his role in falsely securing the release order, and subsequently pleaded no contest to a criminal misdemeanor
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. October 2017), Ross practices with Ross S. Cirincione Co. LPA at 10252 Deer Run in Brecksville, Ohio.
