Attorney Timothy Battle of Alexandria, VA; ethical goblin

The District of Columbia presented Timothy J. Battle with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly and intentionally revealed a former client’s confidences and secrets without the client’s authorization or other justification

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel Grievance Committee punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Timmy practices with The Law Office of Timothy J. Battle at 524 King Street in Alexandria, Virginia.
