Attorney Clayton Williams of British Columbia; Dumbo

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Clayton Bruce Williams with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Law Society found Clayton guilty of the following misconduct.

• Admitted to engaging in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with competence (Dumbo)
• Gross neglect of duties of conveyancing lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Clayton by gifting him with a complimentary $2,000 fine. 

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Clayton practices with FH&P Lawyers LLP at 275 Lawrence Avenue in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
