Attorney Robert Cuddeford of British Columbia; ethical elf

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Robert J. Cuddeford with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Victoria Law School.

The Law Society found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Bobby practices with the R.J. Cuddeford Law Corporation at 100 Park Royal in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
