Attorney Matthew Zanotelli of Denver, CO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided Matthew P. Zanotelli with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide competent representation to clients (Dumbo)

Failed to sufficiently inquire to accurately determine interest/mental capacity of client

Engaged in a conflict of interest

Failed to adequately consult with each client re: objectives of representation

Failed to recognize client wasn’t providing information she was expected to provide such as date of husband’s death and basic info regarding her assets

Failed to sufficiently investigate facts/circumstances such as nature and extent of client’s relationship with third party or the persons holding early executed powers of attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2017) Matty practices with the Meurer Law Offices PC at 3801 East Florida Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
