Attorney Louis Byrd Jr. of Vancouver, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington provided Louis Broderick Byrd Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper contact with represented parties
• Failed to obtain permission to communicate with represented parties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Louie practices with Byrd Legal Services at 1104 Main Street in Vancouver, Washington.
