Attorney Andrew Benjamin of Seattle; slacker, loser  

The state of Washington provided Andrew Lee Benjamin with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to timely file lawsuit on client’s behalf
• Failed to advise client of statute of limitations
• Failed to advise client to seek independent counsel re: revised fee agreement
• Sought to enter into improper agreement limiting personal liability
• Failed to respond to client letters re: payment of client medical bills

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Andy practices with the Benjamin Law Group PLLC at 4616 25^th Avenue NE in Seattle, Washington.
