Attorney Andrew Bluestone of New York City; scammer

The state of New York presented Andrew Lavoott Bluestone with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

In one matter, the Appellate Division, First Department found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct involving his prosecution of a legal malpractice case. 

• Repeatedly pursed claim despite clear evidence that it was false
• Knowingly repeated false claim in purposeful attempt to mislead the court
• Pursued claims which were completely without merit in law or fact

Unfortunately, Andy was never made to answer for his egregious misconduct by the enablers for Attorney Misfits employed with the disciplinary committee.
