The state of Indiana presented Dean Young with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) proceedings
• Failed to comply with Indiana Law
• Failed to promote public confidence in judiciary
• Failed to allow party to be heard (due process)

Apparently, Johnny the Moron believes that the legal term “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the a.m.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Johnny continues to sit as a Blackford County Circuit Court Judge in Hartford City, Indiana.
