Attorney William Taylor of Memphis; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided William Steven Taylor with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Billie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Billy practices with Taylor & Click at 1255 Lynnfield Road in Memphis, Tennessee.
