Attorney Kirk Catron of Murfreesboro, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Kirk D. Catron with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Appalachian University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a trial court
• Impugned the integrity of a judicial officer
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Kirk practices at 101 North Maple Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
