Attorney Arthur Henry of Loudon, TN; slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Arthur Wayne Henry with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Art practices at 407 Grove Street in Loudon, Tennessee.
