Attorney Joseph Anthony of Roanoke, VA; lying loser

The state of Virginia presented Joseph Leath Anthony with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements about integrity of judges
• Asserted in letters that Virginia Supreme Court was corrupt
• Falsely claimed justices of Supreme Court engaged in ex parte (one-sided) communications with attorney representing a party in case pending before the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
