Attorney Barry Flora of Roanoke, VA; cheating slacker

The state of Virginia presented Barry L. Flora with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to forward refund checks to seventy-six (76) real estate clients
• Failed to deposit client funds into escrow accounts
• Only returned funds to 76 clients after ethics complaints filed
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly notify clients of receipt of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Barry practices at 2404 Electric Road in Roanoke, Virginia.
