Attorney Allen Browning of Idaho Falls; slacker

The state of Idaho presented Allen Harry Browning with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of defendant’s motion to dismiss lawsuit
• Failed to inform client of schedule court hearing on dismissal motion
• Failed to advise client court dismissed lawsuit until 10 months after the fact
• Malpractice insurer settled client’s claim again Allen

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Al practices with Browning Law at 482 Constitution Way in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
