Solicitor Kevin Davidson of Aberdeen, Scotland; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Kevin Wallace Alexander Davidson with a law license in 1997.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Negligence led office staff to disburse inaccurate and misleading information in regard to conveyancing transactions which were presented to various lenders
• Failed to abide by loan instructions provided to him
• Failed to duty to report to lender unusual circumstances in relation to a transaction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Kevin practices at 133-137 Holburn Street in Aberdeen, Scotland.
