Solicitor George Sandilands of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented George A.M. Sandilands with a law license in 1997.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an unconscionable delay in completion of an executrix matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished George by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine in the sum of £1,000.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), George practices with Beveridge Herd and Sandilands WS, Solicitors at 1 East Fergus Place in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.
