Solicitor Graeme Miller of Glasgow, Scotland; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Graeme Crombie Miller with a law license in 1996.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Graeme guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Negligence in supervision of staff led to the deliberate vandalism of issues of the GSPC magazine to the detriment of his fellow competitors and their clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Graeme by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Graeme practices with Miller Stewart Limited at 1252 Shettleston Road in Shettleston, Glasgow, Scotland.
