Solicitor Ahmad Zraika of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Ahmad Zraika with a law license in 1998.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Dobrinka guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unlawfully disclosed confidential information
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to properly advise clients re: representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Ahmad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
