Solicitor Wilbert Mapobere of Victoria, AUS; ethical elf

The Law Society presented Wilbert A. Mapobere with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Willy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Violated rules involving handling of client trust accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Willy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.
