Solicitor Grant Ellis of New South Wales; negligent slacker

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Grant Martin Ellis with a law license in 1994.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Hector guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross negligence
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Hector by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Hector practices with Gardner Ekes Lawyers at 82 Elizabeth Street in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
