Solicitor Shaun Titmarsh of New South Wales; slacker

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Shaun Michal Titmarsh with a law license in 1985.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Shaun guilty of the following misconduct.

• Gross delay in prosecuting client matter
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Shaun by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Shaun practices with Baker Ryrie Rickards Titmarsh at 37-39 Smith Street in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.
