Solicitor James Wilson of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society of New South Wales presented James Christopher Wilson with a law license in 1990.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper communications with a Judge (through the Judge’s associate) while judgment was reserved
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Jimmy practices with Wilson Haynes at 75-77 Wharf Street in Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Australia.
