Solicitor Annette Wood of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Annette Lea Wood with a law license in 1999.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Annie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled (lied) magistrate in relation to costs
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Annie practices with Able Defence Lawyers at 121 Queen Street in Campbelltown, New South Wales, Australia.
