Solicitor Dickran Yakenian of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Dickran Yakenian with a law license in 2001.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Dickran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Obstructed Trust Account Investigator (Up yours, said Dickran!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Obstructed Trust Account Supervisor re: his trust funds (Screw you, said Dickran!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Dickran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
