Solicitor Pamela Young of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Pamela Young with a law license in 1986.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Pam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Assisted in encumbering the title of property without there being any caveatable interest
• Knowingly made a false Statutory Declaration
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Pam by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Pam practices with Pamela Young Solicitors at 492 The Esplanade in Warners Bay, New South Wales, Australia.
