Solicitor Dobrinka Zlatevska of New South Wales; slacker

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Dobrinka Zlatevska with a law license in 1975.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Dobrinka guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Delayed in prosecuting client’s claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Dobrinka by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
