The Law Society of New South Wales presented William Henry Rodgers with a law license in 1995.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose additional assets of an estate to the Supreme Court when he was required to do so
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
