Solicitor Rana Saab of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Rana Saab with a law license in 2005.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Rana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Dereliction of duty to the Court
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Rana by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Rana fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.saablawgroup.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2024), Rana practices his so-called brand of law with the Sab Law Group at 13A Montgomery Street in Kogarah, New South Wales, Australia.
