Solicitor Denis Anderson of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Dennis Manning Anderson with a law license in 1960.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Denis guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly relied on a document he knew to be a forgery
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Denis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $10,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Denis practices at 8 James Cook Island in Sylvania Waters, New South Wales, Australia.
