Attorney Michael Bruno of Virginia Beach; ethical leprechaun 

The state of Virginia presented Michael Christopher Bruno with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Regent University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Acted dishonestly during representation on habeas corpus petition
• Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal
• Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on a three-judge court of Hampton Circuit Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Mike practices at 205 34^th Street in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
