The state of New York presented Diana G. Cunningham with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Syracuse University Law School.
The Grievance Committee of the Fifth Judicial District found Diana guilty of the following misconduct.
In addition to the disciplinary findings involving Diana set forth below, she previously received three (3) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Failed to resolve fee disputes in civil matters by arbitration at the election of a client

Withdrew from employment without refunding promptly any part of a fee paid in advance that had not been earned (cheater)

Found in contempt of court

Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her

Intentionally failing to carry out a contract of employment entered into with a client for professional services

Disregarded a ruling of a tribunal

Failed to notify a client promptly of the receipt of funds in which the client has an interest

Failed to comply with attorney registration requirements

Failed to maintain complete records of funds of a client coming into her possession

Failed to render appropriate accounts to clients regarding client funds she received

Failed to pay or deliver to the client in a prompt manner as requested by the client the funds, securities or other properties in her possession that the client is entitled to receive
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Diana by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Diana!)
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Diana by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.
