Attorney Jennings Bird of Roanoke, VA; ethical ogre

The state of Virginia presented Jennings T. Bird with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jennings guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be fair in dealings with opposing party and counsel
• Improperly released witness in custody dispute from subpoena issued by opposing counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Jennings by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jennings practices with The Bird Law Firm PC in Roanoke, Virginia.
