Attorney Rouault Buvia of Austin, TX; Dumbo

The state of Texas presented Rouault Ray Buvia with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The 261st District Court of Travis County found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Ray practices with the Law Office of R. Ray Buvia at 5205 Airport Blvd in Austin, Texas.
