Attorney Raphael Wilkins of Houston; deceitful loser

The state of Texas presented Raphael Wilkins with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 6-A Disciplinary Committee found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ralph solicited auto accident victims by written communication without first submitting the writing to the State Bar Advertising Review Committee for its prior approval. 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ralph.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Ralph practices with the Wilkins Law Firm in Houston, Texas.
