Solicitor Sapna Khan of Australia; ethical misfit

The Victoria Law Society presented Sapna Khan with a law license in 2006.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Sapna guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Sapna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand plus a $10,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Sapna practices at 20 Gladstone Road in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia.
