The Victoria Law Society presented Nick Logan with a law license in 2006.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made payments out of trust account w/o notice to interested third parties
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to reimburse for car repairs from client settlement funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Administrative Council punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Nicky practices with Nick Logan & Co. at 142 Melville Road in West Brunswick, Victoria, Australia.
